With a curious mind, an attentive eye, and the skill to precisely handle brushes and paints, she made her mark. For decades, she created landscapes, still lifes of floral arrangements, portraits and more. She experimented continously, and constantly worked to upgrade her craft.

With her passing in 2020, she left hundreds of artworks, some that had hung in galleries and others that never left her studio. We’ve assembled some of what we think was her best work in the new book, Life in Art: A Marilyn Stacey Retrospective.
